Restrictions
Unless prohibited by applicable law, you shall not: (a) copy, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Services; (b) modify the Services; or (c) interfere with or circumvent any features of the Services, including any security or access control mechanisms. If applicable law prohibits you from using the Services, you shall not use the Services. You shall not use the Services on behalf of any third party, service agency, or similar entity.
Feedback
If you choose to provide feedback regarding the Services or proposed modifications or improvements (the "Feedback"), you hereby grant Vance K Baker an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right to use the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including improving the Services and creating other products and services.
Ownership
The Services are owned and operated by Vance K Baker. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, software, services, templates, and all other elements of the Services are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All materials contained in the Services are the property of Vance K Baker or its third-party licensors. You may not use these materials unless expressly authorized by Vance K Baker. Vance K Baker reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.
Prohibited Activities

Engage in any fraudulent activities, including impersonating any individual or entity, claiming false affiliations, accessing any other service account without authorization, or falsifying your age or date of birth;
Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Services or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms regularly for changes. Modifications will become effective upon (a) your acceptance of the modified Terms, (b) your actual knowledge of the modified Terms while using the Services, or (c) thirty (30) days after we post the modified Terms through the Services, whichever occurs first. Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved based on the version of these Terms in effect at the time the dispute arises.
Modifications to the Services
Vance K Baker reserves the right to modify or terminate the Services (including limiting or terminating certain features of the Services) at any time without notice. Vance K Baker is not responsible for any changes to the Services or for suspending or terminating your access to or use of the Services. Service fees are non-refundable.

You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications sent to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications must be in writing.
